Juicy Plant is a community-driven mobile application dedicated to succulent care, enabling users to easily exchange plants, track personal plant data, and share vital knowledge with their local plant-loving community.
Main feature: Exchange plant
The primary goal of this feature is to provide users with easy and accessible ways to acquire plants for their homes, while leveraging the community for education and knowledge sharing.

Finding a plant
The Exchange Map allows users to instantly discover nearby plants and community members. Each pinpoint on the GPS-enabled map represents an active user; simply tap a dot to view their profile and browse their current plant offerings.

Collecting plant info
The user profile provides comprehensive details, including the plants available for exchange, essential care information, and community tips. To initiate the trade, users select the desired plant and confirm the exchange. Upon successful confirmation, the necessary contact information for the plant owner is revealed, finalizing the swap process.

Background: Liav, 27 YO from the krayot, is a nature lover, the motorcycle is his hobby, he is in a relationship for 3 years now. his main purpose now is to save money and get on to the next step in his life, except the weekend, he doesn't have a lot of spare time for his hobbies and basically everything except working.
Needs: Time, to achieve a relaxed and healthier environment
User story
Liav is growing plants in his apartment for a year now, He is looking to improve what he already has without spending time or money:
He enters Juicy Plant for the first time: He registers: Adds his info and the plant info when he finished he then arrives at his home page (after a first time introduction).
Liav wants to see how the exchange works- He presses the Juicy exchange button-
A GPS notification pops- Liav confirms it and the map near him is on- He sees all the users near him and the plants they offer an exchange.
He enters a user profile from the map and sees all his plants and the tips.
Then he selects a plant to exchange- He needs to choose one plant from his list, Once done he sends a request.
The user agrees, Only then does his details appear (Phone, Rael name) he reaches out to the other user, Liav and the user meet and exchanges their plants.
Liav got home and confirms in the app that the swap has been made- All the data the user entered about this plant is now visible in his profile
